Established in the 1930s, it wasn’t until the early 2000s that Maria and her children began investing in the infrastructure necessary to produce quality coffees. Building new drying patios and storage warehouses, investing in new machinery and making improvements to post-harvest processing. It was a huge task, but one that has paid off numerous times over.
