Back then, he grew traditional \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW65372659 BCX0\"\u003evarieties,\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW65372659 BCX0\"\u003e and only processed coffees used the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW65372659 BCX0\"\u003ewashed\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW65372659 BCX0\"\u003e method. Today, he is a processing master and has become a leader in his community by sharing all the techniques he has learnt. Because of this, the quality of the coffee produced in the Las Flores community has improved. When we first started working with Javier, natural processed coffees \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW65372659 BCX0\"\u003eweren’t\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW65372659 BCX0\"\u003e a thing in Las Flores. In 2016 the Fernandez family and Proud Mary conducted a little experiment to see what would happen.
